In short

Qershnawy never asks for personal data: no real name, email, phone number or location. When the device is online, the game sends anonymous play statistics to our servers so we can understand how it is played and improve it, and you can turn this off at any time in the settings.

What the game stores

Your game progress (character, virtual money, belongings and settings) is saved only on your device. It is deleted when you delete the game, and we cannot access it.

Internet, ads and purchases

The game works offline. It has no ads, no ad tracking and no in-app purchases. All money in the game is a virtual currency ("qirsh") with no real-world value.

Play statistics (when online)

What we collect: a random ID the game creates for each install (not the device ID and not the advertising ID); the device model, system, language, memory, graphics quality, game performance and errors; how long you play; play events (such as finishing a quest, starting a job or buying a home); and a snapshot of your progress in each saved life (the character name you chose and its virtual money, quests, skills and in-game relationships).
What we never collect: your real name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or advertising ID, or anything outside the game. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Why: to fix bugs, see where players get stuck or struggle, and tune balance and performance across devices.
How: events are stored on your device first and uploaded encrypted (HTTPS) in small batches only when a connection is available, without affecting play. The game works fully offline.
Your control: in Settings → Share play statistics you can switch it off: uploads stop at once and anything not yet sent is deleted from your device. The same screen shows your support code; send it to us from the Account & data deletion page and we delete everything received from your device.
Retention and sharing: detailed event logs are kept for at most one year. We never sell or share this data and never use it for advertising.

This website

Contact form: if you write to us, we keep your name, email and message only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed or when you ask.
Launch list: if you leave your email, we use it only to tell you about the launch and major updates. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Cookies: only what the site needs to work (form protection and remembering your language). No tracking or advertising cookies.
Statistics: we count page visits in aggregate (page and day only), with no identifying data.

We never sell or share your data.

Children

We never ask any player, including children, for personal data, and play statistics are anonymous. The game is rated 13+.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete anything you sent us on the Account & data deletion page.

Changes

If we add a service that needs data in the future, such as cloud saves or community features, we will update this page and ask for your consent in the game before turning it on.
